About

Austin Ford. One barber. Every cut.

Before he picked up clippers, Austin Ford worked in IT infrastructure—telecom logistics, data center operations, fiber optics. He earned his Certified Corning Fiber Optics Technician credential and spent years in a world of servers, switches, and structured cabling.

He holds a barber degree from the Academy of Hair Design in Missouri. What prompted the pivot from IT to barbering is his story to tell—and when he's ready, this space will carry it.

The shop at 2105 Justin Lane has been a barbershop since 2011. Austin is the current owner-operator. Every cut in this chair is his work—no exceptions.

Next door is Lala's Little Nugget, one of North Austin's best-loved dive bars. The shop sits squarely in Brentwood, surrounded by neighbors who've been coming here for years. Austin's book is full. Multi-year regulars know him by name. That's not marketing—it's just what happens when someone does the work well and keeps showing up.
